It could be either in the morning or at the end of the day or you can do it twice by keeping just 30 minutes or 45 minutes to just check it. 2. Conduct immediate email actions when cluttering your inbox

When viewing your emails, there is always a small thing in us where we decide that this email action can be done tomorrow or that you will delete such emails tomorrow. What you don’t realize is that you’re making it just as difficult for your email management to take place.
